Free Hugs

This video makes me happy.
With the low resolution it looks a lot like Patiunky, and I can totally imagine him doing something like this, even if it is somewhat at odds with his current YouTube persona.

Apparently the Free Hugs Campaign has quickly spread all over the world, though it is having difficulty some places. In China, for example, hugging counts as inappropriate public display of affection, and it's considered a foreign custom, too. Oh well.

Yep. I miss hugging you. The video clip was awesome. It made me cry! Okay, so I miss you, too, so consider yourself hugged and loved. Much love, Mom

You must tell us what the "Bowie-bowie" song is saying, because it got stuck in my head and I can't get it out.

I bet the free hugs campaign would go over well in Brazil...

Abrazos!

The free hugs campaign is doing quite well in Brazil. The first mention I saw of it was in a story about its spread in Latin America.

I don't know what the rest of the "Bowie Bowie" song says, but the signs they're holding say "bao yi bao", literally "hug a little".
